Tuna Poke Recipe

"For all you fresh Pacific Albacore tuna lovers... Tuna Poke (say 'Pokay') fresh Pacific Albacore tuna loin(s) cut into 1 inch cubes Roasted peanut oil (you can get this at Freddies)...makes it so buttery! Ginger Black (and/or white) sesame seeds Soy sauce to taste could add some garlic and/or try a few drops of roasted sesame oil mix sauce ingredients together and mix with tuna cubes to lightly dress tuna. Chill and serve!!"
